Free delivery
Delivery to a DHL pickup point is free on orders from €119. Home delivery is charged in most countries. In Ireland and Lithuania, where home delivery is the only option, it is free from €119, as is home delivery to the Balearic Islands.
Delivery to a DHL pickup point
Choose DHL pickup point at checkout and your parcel goes to the pickup point closest to your address. DHL sends you the exact location and your collection code once the parcel ships, and you can change the pickup point through the DHL email or app. Please collect the parcel within the time DHL gives you, as uncollected parcels are returned.
Tracking and delays
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer around holidays and in busy periods. If your tracking has not moved for several business days, contact us through our contact page with your order number.
Parcels are packed discreetly. Please check that your address is correct before you complete your order.
Local rules
You are responsible for checking that nicotine pouches can be bought, received and used where you live. Our return and withdrawal policy explains what happens if a parcel is refused, not collected or held because of local rules.
