These terms apply to all orders placed at cubasnus.com ("Cuba Snus", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them. You can reach us through our contact page.

1. Age limit and product information

We only sell to adults aged 18 or over. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 and old enough to buy nicotine products where you live. We may cancel an order if we have reason to believe this is not the case.

Our products contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are intended only for adults who already use nicotine. They are not suitable for non-users of nicotine, minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone with a heart condition, raised blood pressure, diabetes or a known sensitivity to nicotine. They are not medicines and are not sold to help anyone stop smoking. If you are unsure whether they are suitable for you, ask a doctor before use. Keep them out of reach of children and animals.

2. Local rules

Rules on nicotine products differ between countries. You are responsible for checking that the products you order can be bought, imported, held and used where you live. Our shipping policy lists the countries we deliver to.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we send you the order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong or the delivery address is outside our delivery area. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Volume discounts are applied automatically in the cart and at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver with DHL to the countries listed in our shipping policy, which also sets out prices and delivery times. Delivery times are estimates. The risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you name, receive them.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Sealed nicotine products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. The details, including how to withdraw and the model withdrawal form, are in our return and withdrawal policy.

7. Faults and your statutory rights

If a product is faulty or not as described, you have the statutory rights that apply under EU consumer law and the law of your country, including a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where the conditions are met. These rights last at least two years from delivery. Please tell us about a fault as soon as you can; a complaint made within two months of noticing the fault is always in time. If your complaint is justified, we cover the reasonable cost of sending the product back.

8. Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays or actions by authorities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first through our contact page. If we cannot solve it together, consumers in the EU can get free advice from the European Consumer Centre in their country.
