Cuba Black, Cuba White and Cuba Ninja are the three biggest Cuba lines in our range, with 55 of our 70 Cuba products between them. They share the same slim pouch style and many of the same flavours, so the real difference is strength: how much nicotine each pouch holds. This guide puts the three side by side.
The short answer
Cuba White is the mildest of the three at 16 mg/g, Cuba Ninja sits in the middle at 30 mg/g, and Cuba Black is the strongest at 66 mg/g. Per pouch that works out to 10.4 mg, 15.6 mg and 43 mg of nicotine.

How strong is each line?
On our scale, Cuba White is Medium (10 to 20 mg/g), Cuba Ninja is Strong (20 to 30 mg/g) and Cuba Black is Ultra Strong (50 to 100 mg/g). Ninja sits exactly on the Strong boundary at 30 mg/g, and a value on a boundary goes in the lower band.
The gap between Ninja and Black is bigger than the names suggest. A Cuba Black pouch holds almost three times the nicotine of a Ninja pouch, and about four times that of a White pouch. Cuba Black is meant for experienced users only.
Why Ninja has more pouches per can
A Ninja pouch weighs 0.52 g, against 0.65 g for White and Black. Each can holds 13 g of pouches, so you get 25 Ninja pouches instead of 20. The smaller pouch is also why Ninja's 30 mg/g comes out at 15.6 mg per pouch rather than the 19.5 mg a 0.65 g pouch would hold.
Flavours in each line
Cuba Black has the widest choice with 24 flavours, from fruit such as Peach and Watermelon to cooling cans such as Cold Dry and Ice Spearmint. Cuba White has 20, many of them the same flavours at the lower strength, for example Grape and Banana Hit. Cuba Ninja has 11 flavours of its own, such as Bubble Gum, Energy and Orange.
Matching a line to what you use now
The easiest way to compare is mg per pouch. If the pouches you use now hold around 10 mg, Cuba White is the closest of the three. Around 15 mg matches Cuba Ninja. Cuba Black, at 43 mg, is only for experienced users who already use Ultra Strong pouches. If all three are stronger than what you use, Cuba Low at 4 mg per pouch is the mildest Cuba line.
Big cans
Cuba White and Cuba Black also come in Cuba Mega cans with 300 pouches, at the same strengths as the normal cans. There is no Mega version of Cuba Ninja.

Many of them. Grape, Peach, Mango and Cola, for example, come in both lines, at 66 mg/g in Black and 16 mg/g in White.
Why does a Cuba Ninja can have 25 pouches?
